Description

Gladiator insecticide/miticide is uniquely formulated to control leafminers, mites, psyllids and other yield-robbing pests on a number of crops including apples, citrus, pears, stone fruits and vegetables.

Chlorpyrifos 480g/l Mode of Action

It kills insects by contact, ingestion, and fumigant action. It causes acute poisoning and disrupts activities in the nervous system of an insect resulting in its death.

Gladiator 4TC Mode of Application

For the best termite control result, prepare a well-blended solution of 0.5L gladiator mixed into 24L of water. Treat as follows:

• Concrete Slab During Construction

Apply 5-13L of the treatment to every linear meter of the exterior wall trenches to a depth of 35-75cm.To all entrances, porches, and underneath slabs, treat using 5-10L for every square meter.

• Fixed Concrete Slab

Dig 50-80cm trenches alongside the exterior of the buildings’ foundation wall. Apply treatment amount the same as that used in slabs during construction. Drill alongside the foundations’ interior and other identified areas at intervals of 40cm and inject the treatment underneath the slabs. Ensure all holes are sealed after treatment.

• Mud Flooring During Construction

Treat all exterior pole holes to a depth of 50-75cm. Poles must be treated in the solution before being erected. Dig drenches of 45-75cm depth along the exterior of the walls. Apply treatment similar to that of the building during construction. To treat the floors, dig and take out soil to a depth of 50-75cm. For every square meter, apply 7-10liters of the treatment while maintaining consistent coverage. Replace all soil once the application is made.

• Fixed Mud Flooring

Dig drenches of 50-70cm depth along the exterior of the walls. Apply treatment similar to that of the building during construction. Drill holes alongside the interior of the walls and other identified areas at intervals of 40-45cm and inject the treatment. Ensure all holes are sealed after treatment.

• Termite Mound

Carefully take off 15cm of 1the nests’ soil and pour the treatment solution down into the tunnels while maintaining consistent coverage. Return the soil after application.

• Lawns

Identify the infested places and spray the treatment at the rate of 0.7L/5square meters. Spread a thin layer of soil on the treated lawns.

• Gardens

Spray and incorporate the treatment into the soil before planting. Spray at the rate of 1.5l/10 square meters.

• Timber

Prepare a solution of 0.5liters of gladiator 4TC into 12liters of water and stir vigorously to blend. Spray the timber generously to a run-off.  Soak all poles into the treatment for at least 30min. Pour a fair amount of the treatment into the prepared holes.
